Kuroyume yumenico for September

Aside of sads are in tour now,Kiyoharu will still join with Hitoki on Kuroyume regular show in nico nico douga. yes,its, Kuroyume no yumenico time!
Yumenico this month will be aired on 2011-09-22, 24.00 JST. This month theme is sports. Kuroyume will be answering common question as part of their quizzes. It will be so much fun seeing Hitoki vs Kiyoharu in those quizzes.

V-rock disney link download

The compilation album of V-rock Disney has just been launched yesterday. On this album, the visual kei rock bands are remaking the Disney's song that used to be so touching into a rock style. Plastic Tree also participated in this album and will be remaking "chim-chim-cheer-e" from Mary Poppins.

Kuroyume song as movie "hard romanti-cer" theme song

On September 10th, it was revealed that rock band Kuroyume will be providing the theme song to the upcoming movie “Hard Romanti-cer“, starring popular actor Matsuda Shota.

“13 new ache” is a new song written specifically for the movie and this will mark the first time that Kuroyume has been in charge of a movie theme song since their formation twenty years ago. When asked about their tie-up, Kuroyume member Kiyoharu replied, “After I heard that Kuroyume would be doing our first theme song for a movie, we recording “13 new ache” while getting this image of mayhem, madness, chaos from the contents of the [movie].” With a smile, he added, “I feel very happy about [having received] this offer].”

Director Gu also expressed similar feelings when asked about his decision to appoint Kuroyume in charge of the movie’s theme song. “When I received consent for my dream-like, violent request for this dream-like, violent movie, I was incredibly thankful… When it comes to Kuroyume’s music, I earnestly admire them. Thank you,” he said, expressing his gratitude towards the rock band once more.

The movie is based on Gu Su Yeon’s popular novel of the same name, and is set in Shimonoseki. Matsuda Shota plays a high school drop-out with slicked back blonde hair named Gu, who becomes involved in a chain of violence after an incident and spends all of his time in fights, painting an image of a youth who’s become reckless and lost his way in the world. Nakamura Shidou, Watanbe Atsurou,Nagayama Kento, Emoto Tokio, Kaneko Nobuaki, Watabe Gouta, Maki Youko, and Awaji Keikoalso appear in the movie for an all-star cast.

For the special, invite-only version of “Hard Romanti-cer” being shown at the 24th Tokyo International Film Festival (October 22nd through 30th) and the midnight showing of the movie at the 16th Kamayama International Film Festival (October 6th through 14th),  the theme song will be provided by the ska band Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra.

Additionally, “13 new ache” will be included on Kuroyume’s upcoming album “Headache and Dub Reel Inch“, which is slated for a released on November 2nd.

Kuroyume announced new album

Kuroyume just announced the release of their upcoming new album on their official site kuroyume.jp 
this will be their first new album after their hiatus for almost 13 years and a new album after the released of CORKSCREW in 1998. 
The album is titled 「Headache and Dub Reel Inch」and will be released on November 2.
Along with their announcement of new album, they will also held a live concert in Nippon Budokan at 2012.1.13. This live has the same titled with the new album 「Headache and Dub Reel Inch」and the information about the ticket sales will be announced later. The concert will open at 17:30 and start at 18:30 with the ticket price 7900 Yen.

Plastic Tree Ammonite Night 4

Kuroyume collaboration on iPhone 4 protector

Recently on the post in his ameblo (September 6), Kiyoharu just announced another collaboration. This one is related with the users of iPhone. Plastic Tree x PEACE NOW collaboration

To celebrate Plastic Tree Ammonite (dai) Live Tour 2011, Plastic Tree is now collaborating with one of the clothing line PEACE NOW, introducing their latest collection with Hasegawa Tadashi and Sato Kenken as their model.
Plastic Tree will held their last concert of national tour (アンモナイト (大)) on October 08 2011 in Ryogoku Kokugikan and to commemorate this event, om August 27th 2011 (Saturday), Plastic Tree will launch a collection with PEACE NOW and the name of this collaboration will be announced on Friday, August 19.
After last year participate in the collaboration with Hello Kitty, Hasegawa Tadashi and Satou Kenken appointed again to become a model. The reason of this collaboration is that Ammonite really represent the unique of Plastic Tree world.
So to celebrate the launch of this new collection, the PEACE NOW x Plastic Tree collaboration will be open in Marui 1F on August 19th (Friday) until August 29th (Monday).

Kiyoharu deleted his twitter account

I just found out that Kiyoharu deleted his twitter account.. if you search it, you will found that @kiyoharu_sads is not exist anymore.. he did updated his blog in kiyoharu.jp/blog_kiyoharu.html but it requires membership and its for official members only..

his last update saying that he isn't going to tweet again about 3 weeks ago and told his followers to follow sads and kuroyume official twitter..
and he also closing the comments part on his ameblo.. his ameblo now is only updated information about sads.. and there is no daily activity like he post it before..

Arimura Ryutaro article on tower.jp

This week on Tower music news serial is the part where Ryutaro Arimura write down his article and talks about a female singer/songwriter that he loves for the voice and song.
The singer is Suzanne Vega. On this article, Ryutaro also talks about Suzanne Vega album [Solitude Standing].
Ryutaro likes her songs since he saw the PV of Suzanne's song titled "Luka". After that, the acapella song titled "Tom's Dinner" also makes him impressed of Vega's songs. He's been listening to this album for about 20 years. and still listening to it.

A brief information about Suzanne Vega:

Suzanne Nadine Vega (born July 11, 1959) is an American songwriter and singer known for her eclectic folk-inspired music.

今回も例にもれずいろいろと迷いましたが、
選ばせてもらったのはスザンヌ・ヴェガの『Solitude Standing』というアルバムです。

聴くきっかけは深夜のTV番組で“Luka”という曲のPVを観てから、と記憶してます。
あれから20年以上。いまだによく聴いています。

こんなに長く定期的に聴いてしまうアルバムというのも、自分にとっては稀有な存在で。
当時も現在も、全部聴き終わった後、なんか満たされたような不思議な気持ちになります。
ありきたりな表現ですが、素直にそんな感じです。

1曲目となっている、あまりに有名なアカペラの楽曲“Tom’s Diner”を聴くと、
〈声〉というものに、〈歌〉というものに単純に焦がれてもう何回目かわからない感銘を受け、
これまた単純に〈自分のそれ〉を見つけてみたいなーって、何回目かわからない再認識をさせられる。

そういった作品です。

Kiyoharu & Hyde on Vamps Halloween Night 2009

Basically this is the translation of a report I had come across regarding VAMPs' Helloween live last year (2009), that fateful Kiyoharu x HYDE night.

During the VAMPS session, HYDE talked about himself and Kiyoharu, and how they hadn't had the chance to meet up for many years.

HYDE: As for Kiyoharu-san, we hadn't met up with each other for 15 years, until the Jack in the Box Summer. Because we were/are both fans of Dead End, I invited him to come to this Helloween Live. Not that I hadn't tried to get into touch with him before. I did call him twice in the last 5 years. The first time was when I heard about a senpai having his numbers and I asked for them.

(Audiences: Who was it?)

HYDE: It was Paul-san. I tried the number, but no one answered it, then it was directed to voice mail. So I left a message for him, like this "Kiyoharu-san, this is HYDE, we haven't been in touch for a long time, so I called." But he never returned the call, I was worried, thinking whether he was angry with me. Then I called again around the time Kuroyume was reunited. This time it was being picked up so I said "This is HYDE." The response I received was a simple "Ah..." (like someone who didn't give a damn). I was shocked and feeling a little hurt. Then I realized Kiyoharu had most likely changed his numbers over the years. So if I started the call with "This is HYDE, are you Kiyoharu?" it would be treated as a prank call! *laughs himself silly* It was very easy to convince Kiyoharu to join us today, and he seems to be know more about how these events work then me (as in dressing for fan's total satisfaction) even though it is his first time.

(He couldn't be more right! Kiyoharu was totally in fan service mode. He wore 2 set of kimono that night, and was very willing to let the cloth sliding off from his shoulder from time to time)

(As for the little misunderstanding, HYDE did clarify with Kiyoharu's manager later. It turned out Kiyoharu had just changed his numbers around the first time HYDE tried to call him, so he wasn't able to get to his message.)

During the VAMPS & Kiyoharu session, they covered DEAD END's Decoy. It was very sweet how they finished the song together, completing each other very well, total in a very intimate world that only consisting of themselves.

The MC:

HYDE: So it has been 15 years since the last time we shared a same stage, right?
Kiyoharu: That's true.
HYDE: That was around the time we did those interviews (the infamous series of interviews published on SHOXX back on their indie days).
Kiyoharu: That GUSTANK cover is actually on youtube. It was the last time we sang together.
HYDE: Was it at Nagoya?
Kiyoharu: Or Osaka? It was so long ago since we last saw each other, I couldn't help but feeling panicked today.
HYDE: Even though we had no time to meet up, the LOVE BETWEEN US is still brewing the entire time. Let's go out and have a drink together, tonight.
Kiyoharu: OK!

HYDE: It was Kiyoharu's birthday yesterday, even though we are a day late, let's sing the birthday song for him together.
Audiences: (started singing together with HYDE. They knew this was going to take place because HYDE had a poster put outside the live house to inform them.)

HYDE looked deeply into Kiyoharu's eyes and concluded the song. Kiyoharu in his kimono, was looking extremely shy. A cake was pushed out on a trolley, but he didn't see at the first because he had his back to it. Then he turned out, saw it, and gave another shy smile.

Kiyoharu: I don't remember there was this particular scene during rehearsal.
HYDE: If you make a wish now, it will come true. So what is Kiyoharu's wish?
Kiyoharu: I wish for... *thought for a moment* I wish I would be able to sing with HYDE even when I reach 50.
HYDE: Any time you want to!

Then the 3 of them sang Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds together, throwing out candies from their Halloween bags. Kiyoharu even took off his hair accessory and threw it to the crowd. Just before they made for the exist, Kiyoharu and HYDE shared a sweet hug at the middle of the stage.

Another update:
When Kiyoharu entered the stage dressed as a woman, the audience got crazy and very excited:

Audience: "Beautifuuuuul, seeeexy...."

Kiyoharu: "Good evening! It's possible there are also people here who don't know me. I am Kiyoharu".

* And then he began to present the members' costumes.

Kiyoharu:" Errr, well, just in case, I am a courtesan. The bass player and the heavy metal  guitarist are an evil governor of the Edo period and Dracula. At the drums we have a pirate"

Kiyoharu:" I am totally crazy about this hair. (Laughs)... The truth is that I wanted it to be as white as a Chinese cabbage, but there was not a good one, so I became this prostitute"

* Everybody in the venue seemed seduced by Kyoharu san.

Kiyoharu:"Yes, yes. Yesterday, I turned 41 years-old safely....."

* People began to chat and, at some point, the kimono he was wearing slipped over and his shoulder could be seen!! 

* I didn't mind whoever it was, girls and boys were all the same: 

Audience: " Kyaaaaaaaaa" (** the girls**) 

Audience: " Uohhhhhh" (**the boys**) 

Audience: " I’ll hold you ~~!!" (** the boys**). 

(**This expression is also an euphemist for "I’ll lay you down"** ) 

Audience: " Hold me~~~~!!" * The passionate sighs were all flying about~~~~ 

Kiyoharu: " What !? The VAMPS fans like such things?? (laughs)"

Kiyoharu: "This time, I received an email from hyde kun asking if I was free in the Halloween. And when I send the reply saying it was okay, he immediately replied saying I had to wear a costume.... Though I was a little nervous, I am glad I came. Actually, it's very funny. Thank you very much" 

Kiyoharu: " Yes, yes, here I also have a cigarette holder, but I had to prove it was nothing dangerous or something (laughs), so I lighted it. Look, this is tobacco". 

* He lights it and smokes.

* The audience screams just because of that~~~

* The reporter says that we'd try to imagine a courtesan like those seen in a movie. It's for some reason erotic the way he breathes in the smoke

Kiyoharu: “ (laughs) I guess this is what we call a death voice, isn't it? I don't feel I am at my live, so I am fresh"

* There were lots of covers, such as the famous song from "20th Century Boys" and "CAN'T TAKE MY EYES OFF YOU".  And he also sang Nakamori Akina's "TATOO". 
*Before performing of that last one, he smoked once again and just that was extremely sexy... 
* In the middle of this song, though, he made a mistake. 

Kiyoharu: " Ohhhh, That's because I had no time. I'm sorry!! What we'll do?? I'm sorry, I had no time to practice it. Let's do it again since the beginning!" 

* And they immediately began to play again. The other song was of his, "SUNDAY". 
* The reporter says that Kiyoharu san looked rather sexy, showing off his tongue. She wonder that maybe the venue was entirely knocked out by his voluptuousness .
